Miumi Hashimoto

MEET Miumi

Miumi Hashimoto was a member of the TDK Ventures fellowship program in 2023. She currently provides sales support for TDK Corporation’s ceramic capacitors in the company’s headquarters in Tokyo.

Miumi joined TDK in 2018. Since then, she has spent the majority of her time working with the company’s ceramic capacitors BG line, performing duties such as product approval management, marketing, and promotion of MLCCs. Her educational background is peace studies (international relations).

Miumi's motivation to join TDK Ventures fellowship program was fourfold: her desire to try something new and entirely out of her comfort zone; to experience working in U.S.; a desire to work with people with more diverse backgrounds; and her personal interest in America.
