Syboney (sih-BOH-nay) Caballero serves as a Team Assistant at TDK Ventures, based in San Jose. In her role, she is a central force behind day-to-day operations, driving operational efficiency and executing high-impact events.

With a strong foundation in hospitality and operations, Syboney brings a thoughtful, detail-oriented approach to office management and team coordination. She plays a key role in fostering a seamless and welcoming workplace experience, while supporting cross-functional collaboration across international offices.

Syboney is a proud graduate of San Jose State University. She is passionate about creating efficient systems, elevating team experiences, and contributing to a culture of excellence and connection.

Born and raised in San Jose, California, Syboney enjoys spending quality time with her family, particularly creating memorable moments with her young daughter. She loves traveling and exploring new places, and as a longtime music enthusiast, she enjoys live music, concerts and music festivals.
