Henry Huang was an Investment Director with TDK Ventures, covering computing, connectivity, industrial, and mobility.
Prior to joining TDK Ventures, he had extensive experience in the telecommunications industry, including various roles with AT&T, NextG Networks (acquired by Crown Castle), Tarana Wireless, 3TEN8, and TTS Wireless (acquired by AMDOC). His responsibilities included R&D, engineering, product management, customer success, technical sales, marketing, and investment.
He held a Ph.D. degree from the University of Missouri-Columbia, a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Science and Technology of China (USTC), both in Electrical Engineering, and an MBA degree from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
In his free time, he loved to travel around the world with his wife and three children. He had backpacked in Tibet, hiked in Peru, and run a marathon in Switzerland.
