MEET Aditya
Aditya Dev focuses on deep tech innovations across agricultural technology, electric mobility, and clean energy solutions.
Prior to joining TDK Ventures, Aditya served as a Management Consultant at Nomura Research Institute's Automotive consulting practice in India. There, he helped Japanese multinational clients scale up and transform their Indian operations, with a focus on emerging themes such as clean mobility, commercial vehicles, and fleet digitization.
Aditya also brings hands-on experience in lithium-ion cell manufacturing, gained during his tenure at Murata Manufacturing's Koriyama manufacturing facility in Japan as a Quality Control Associate. He further holds an engineering degree from IIT Bombay and is an incoming MBA candidate (Co'27) at Columbia Business School in New York.
Outside of work, Aditya enjoys pushing his limits through strength training, exploring Jazz and Neo-soul ideas through the guitar, and practicing conversation Japanese - his fifth language.
