Leon Fröhlich

MEET Leon

Leon is working as a production engineer @ Heidenheim, Germany in the MAG BG. He will be joining the TDK Ventures Fellowship Program from October 2024 – March 2025.

He joined TDK in 2013, embedded into a dual study program in mechanical engineering. After successfully completing his studies, Leon started his career in international project management. This included a one-year secondment to China (TDK (Zhuhai) Co., Ltd.). Furthermore, he had the chance to join the EU TCDP T128 (May 2023 - February 2024).

Beyond his professional life, he is deeply committed to community and acts as a volunteer firefighter & rope rescue operator. Riding motorbike or running is also on the private agenda.

His motivation to join the program lies in his interest for the unique & dynamic setup of the startup environment combined with his passion for innovation and creative decision-thinking.
