Luca Zheng

MEET Luca

Luca has 17 years of global experience in semiconductor product marketing, driving the commercialization of complex hardware and software systems. His career is defined by scaling cutting-edge technologies from incubation to mass market, with a specialized focus on Edge AI, Fabless IC Design (UWB/BLE/SOC), and Industrial IoT. Luca leads product strategy at TDK SensEI, where he oversees the roadmap for end-to-end industrial sensing platforms, integrating Edge AI solutions and On-Premise SLM/agents to enable predictive maintenance and vertical-specific digital transformation. From July to December 2026, Luca will join TDK Ventures as a Fellow.

Luca holds a joint master’s degree in Micro and Nanotechnologies for Integrated Systems from three European institutions: EPFL (École Polytechnique Fédérale de Lausanne) in Switzerland, Politecnico di Torino (Polito) in Italy, and Ecole Polytechnique de Grenoble (INPG) in France.

Outside of work, he enjoys outdoor hiking and reading.

There is a wealth of knowledge he'd bring from his past experience and also the China Industrial/Semi ecosystem as well.
