MEET Harel

Harel Lichtenstein is an Investment Analyst at TDK Ventures, where he focuses on artificial intelligence, advanced computing, and connectivity.

Before joining TDK Ventures, Harel spent nearly a decade in the semiconductor industry, contributing to advanced computing and silicon programs with companies including Groq, Microsoft, Intel, and ASML, as well as early-stage startups. He later transitioned into venture investing and strategy, advising startups and investors on deep-tech due diligence, fundraising, market strategy, and technology commercialization. He is particularly interested in emerging compute architectures and the technologies reshaping AI infrastructure.

Harel holds an Executive MBA from IESE Business School and degrees in Electrical and Computer Engineering.

A Canadian, Israeli, and Argentine national, Harel has lived across Israel, Argentina, Canada, Spain, and Germany. Outside of work, he enjoys strength training, DJing, traveling, and playing video games.
