Veronica Vallez

Veronica Vallez was TDK Ventures’ Recruitment Principal for portfolio companies. In her position, she managed full-cycle recruiting to help potential portfolio companies find top technical and executive candidates.

Prior to joining TDK Ventures, she garnered wide-ranging experience in recruitment working for companies such as Indigo Technologies, Rivian, Porsche Digital, Mercedes-Benz Research & Development North America, Inc., and LinkedIn. Her responsibilities ranged from recruitment to executive-level search, creating strategies and workflows, and relationship building.

Veronica has over 15-years of experience working on recruiting teams at both start-ups and large public organizations, supporting executive hiring, talent pipeline strategy, and recruitment operations. She has scaled three companies to IPO and has a passion for matching the right talent with the right team at the right stage.

Veronica holds a Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Literature/Letters from Notre Dame de Namur University in Belmont, California, and a certificate in Diversity, Equity & Inclusion from General Assembly, a private education organization.

Outside of work, Veronica supports East San Jose, CA volunteer organizations and community projects. She enjoys gardening, reading non-fiction books, hiking, and running.
